As the 2021 season drew to a close, our senior men’s and women’s teams dressed up and attended the annual presentation and awards evenings to celebrate the season both on and off the field. This year due to numbers, the club split the events and two fabulous nights were had by all who attended.
The Jim Fletcher medal evening to celebrate our QAFL men’s teams was held at the Queensland Cricketers club on Saturday 9th October with the Colts, reserves and senior men's teams presenting their annual awards, including the Jim Fletcher medal, which was awarded to Daine McDonald in 2021.
The Kate Guy medal and QFA Best & Fairest evening celebrates our female and QFA Division 4 teams. The event was held at the Queensland Cricketers club on Saturday 16th October with teams presenting their annual awards including the Kate Guy medal which was awarded to Romany Ewington in 2021.
